Had a brand new system upstairs attic and outside put in 2 days ago. The owner of the company was extremely informative on everything that needed to be done, and no pressure at all. His team of guys that installed the unit were a great bunch of guys. Always on time, very responsive on any questions that were asked, and a great clean up every where. So highly recommended if you need any service done to your unit inside or outside!!!

The work ethics of a great company start @ the top; the entire crew with Climate Magic was professional, organized and went to work immediately (@ installing my new unit/replacing all ducts). The confidence demonstrated by each offered peace of mind; no waiting for direction. This is the company all of us want.

I’ve used Climate Magic for many years and always receive excellent service. Lonnie, Martin and Carl have all been out to my house. Through the years they have replaced my A/C and my furnace. When it’s time to replace again I will give them a call.

Climate Magic provided us with a new AC and Heating unit. Hunter came out and showed us several options and explained each one completely. Peter was the on site installation technician and he and his crew where very professional and did a quality installation. After they completed there work they made sure that the site was completely picked up. He explained how to use the new thermostat and was very patient answering all of our questions. Great job Climate Magic.

My husband Loyd and I have been using Climate Magic for years.
They provide the very best in customer service and workmanship.
Michelle is amazing for scheduling and always friendly and knowledgeable.
Usually, Martin is our technician and he does an outstanding job with all heating and cooling maintenance.
Yesterday, our technician was Pete, he is young and enthusiastic about his position with the company.He is very friendly and did a FANTASTIC job with our winter check up.
Climate magic is the BEST in ac/heating for San Antonio and surrounding cities.

Nobody does it better, more professional, on time and fair priced as far as we are concerned, than Climate Magic. We love our entire system and the cost saving each month are better than even they touted. We have had our system 6 years and they come out 2 times a year and keep it clean and running efficiently.

I have been a customer of Climate Magic since having them install Central A/C in my home more than 20 years ago. Due to the small size of my home, and the lack of typical 'attic', I was impressed with the expertise and diligence which quickly had problems solved ... and had my Central A/C & Heating unit installed. Over the years, I have remained impressed with their professional and knowledgeable people who work for them. Always neat, thorough, and friendly during the twice a year check-ups. I can count on one hand the number of times I've needed to call with any problems, (which were handled very quickly.) Recently had an updated unit installed and I would not have considered having anyone but Climate Magic do it. They have been honest, reliable, and dependable for so long I know I can count on them... sort of like family.

Great experience - They were on time and professional. They quoted us a reasonable price. In the end, it came out even cheaper! Before we had the work done, I requested to speak to the owner and he called within 5 minutes. He even came to check the work upon completion to ensure we were completely satisfied.
