Why Do I Need Maintenance If My System Is Working?

For instance, a faulty compressor capacitor will cause your unit to use up to 30% more electricity and cause compressor overheating. Maintenance Agreements

Maintenance agreements are designed to extend the service life of air conditioning and heating equipment, and keep them running safely and efficiently. A typical service agreement should provide for a minimum of 2 visits per year (Spring and Fall) by a qualified technician who uses a routine check list to track the performance of your system. Discounts on repairs and emergency service are often extended to maintenance agreement customers. Our preferred customer agreement offers both a generous discount, and an accounting of your system's past performance.
